Pale yellow color wine. The nose is aromatic, with
characteristic floral notes, fruity and slightly spicy.
Powerful and velvety taste, is characterized by aromas
reminiscent of green pepper, olive and nettles. The
Sauvignon Blanc is described as "a great ally".
It goes well with cold meats, light appetizers, egg
dishes, but also fish and fresh cheeses.
