Tasting Notes
Straw yellow color wine with greenish reflections.
Its aroma is delicate and fragrant with sharp scents
of golden apple on a floral background. The taste
is dry and persistent with a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
Pairings
It goes well with cold meats, with light starters,
dishes based on eggs, but also fish and fresh cheeses.
The sparkling version is also pleasant aperitif.
