Tasting Notes
Intense red color wine with orange reflections. Its
aroma is good intensity with fruity and spicy notes.
The taste is full-bodied with pleasant tannins and
good alcohol content makes it particularly susceptible
to aging. It is a wine of large body and life.
Pairings
It goes well with filled pasta, ravioli, roasted,
boiled or grilled white or red meat.
Serving Temperature
Serve at 16/18 °C, after leaving oxygenate the
wine for at least two hours.
